Born November 10, 1962, I studied medicine at Buenos Aires University and, between 1990 and 1994, specialized in ophthalmology. I took one year to travel abroad and, in 1996, I settled down in San MartÂ’n de los Andes, a small tourist city in southern Argentina (roughly 35 kilometers from the Chilean border near latitude 40 S).
