Flag and Solar Wind Collector

The active surface of the Solar Wind Collector is facing the Sun, which is out of frame to the right.  The U.S. flag may look like it's flapping in the breeze, but that's only because of a rod inserted in a hem that runs along the top.  In addition, the fabric of the flag has retained memory of creases acquired while in iin stowage during the trip out from Earth.
