Combining the bit of adventure and excitment of lunar travelling with history, technology and managerial skills needed to travel to the moon the Lunar Surface Journal has provided me with a lot of pleasure. I have spent lots of hours with it by now.
I clearly remember Apollo 11, 12, 13 and so forth as a very exciting part of my childhood. The personality of the austronauts and especially the ones from Apollo 12 has captured me. I am very sorry over the early death of Charles "Pete" Conrad.
