All persons attending Frontiers `96 will be required to register. Written requests for refunds must be received in the IEEE Computer Society office no later than October 15. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. All no-show registrations will be billed in full. Students are required to show current picture school ID cards at the time of registration.
