Provides assistance with the following services:

Payroll, time and attendance, support to personnel programs, employee benefits;

HR and training information systems including SATERN, NAAS, WICN, NOPS, and NEPS; Personnel Action Processing (PAP);  Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF), and maintenance and record keeping.
