Update NASA Enterprise Directory (NED) Listing
Previously at NASA Headquarters, directory listings were updated via an e-mail to update@hq.nasa.gov. However, due to recent improvements in NASA’s Agency-wide IT infrastructure, this process has changed. Please use the charts below to determine how to update the different data elements in your directory listing.
* NOTE: Changes to data elements that can only be made by your Administrative Contact are done via an official personnel action processed through the Federal Personnel Payroll System (FPPS). It is important to know that FPPS-related changes may not appear in NED or the GAL for 2 pay periods after the official personnel action is processed in FPPS.
