Remote User Identity Service
The Remote User tool a subprocess of the PIV processs. This tool is used to request a badge and IT access for a temporary NASA worker (less than 180 days) or a worker who does not require physical access to a NASA facility and who resides more than 50 miles away.

To Obtain an IdMAX account
You must have an IdMAX account to use the tools within the IdMAX system. To activate your IdMAX account, visit idmax.nasa.gov and click on “First Time User.”
