The Account Administration team provides account services primarily to the NASA Headquarters community. We provide support for the creation, troubleshooting, and deletion of domain accounts, e-mail, Entrust PKI, custom applications, and SecurID tokens.
For new users, standard accounts are established by the responsible organization using the Check In Check Out (CICO) system.
Once standard accounts have been established, users can request additional access themselves using the Check In Check Out (CICO) system. |
