The Application Development team uses standard software engineering techniques to design, develop, deploy, manage, maintain, and provide archival services for a variety of business and scientific applications for NASA Headquarters and Agency initiatives. The team also provides comprehensive documentation, testing, analysis, and system reviews for compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. In addition, the Application Development team customizes Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) software applications for use in the NASA environment.
