All NASA forms, both Agency and Center-specific, are now available in the new NASA Electronic Forms (NEF) System.
The NASA Electronic Forms (NEF) system is a suite of tools used for filling out, signing, submitting, archiving, and tracking electronic forms – all using your desktop computer. The NEF uses a commercial software application from FileNet Corporation called Informed Desktop eForms to access electronic form capabilities.
