Welcome to NASA Headquarters. To insure you have the tools needed to accomplish your NASA mission, the Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD) provides a wide array of information technology services and capabilities. This encompasses access to our network infrastructure for your laptop or desktop computer, file and print services, core software suite, e-mail and calendar services, Internet presence, and more. We provide the capability to access many of our computer services from your home computer. We also offer classroom and deskside computer training, information services, help desk support, and an employee computer purchase program. We look forward to supporting your computer requirements and obtaining feedback on your interests
New Employees
New employees are required to attend IT Orientation the same day following the NASA Headquarters Employee Orientation. Your computer, phone, voicemail, and passwords will be issued immediately following this training.
