The Multimedia Services Team provides executive level graphic and multimedia support with leading edge technology in the following areas:

- Facebook applications
- Twitter page-customization
- NASA.gov portal Web site migration
- Usability studies, trending, and analysis
- 3D animation for Flash and downloadable video
- On-demand streaming video and YouTube optimization
- Web site design and creation
- Special event support
- DVD Video creation
- Flash banners
The team uses the latest in technology and standards, and ensures all Federal policies and requirements are met - including Section 508. We work closely with the IT Security team and the Quality Assurance team to ensure that your product is of the lowest risk and is built to the highest NASA standard.
To request multimedia support, contact your HITSS Project Manager for assistance with creating a Service Request (SR) in the ITCD Work Management System (IWMS).
