SECURID TOKEN

A SecurID token is a portable device with two-factor authentication allowing you to access resources remotely via the Virtual Private Network (VPN) or using Secure Nomadic Access (SNA). A SecurID token is also required to use the HQ Wireless network from within the HQ building.  New HQ users are issued a SecurID token as part of their standard accounts.

You should contact the IT Help Desk if:

  • You do NOT have a SecurID token
  • You currently have a SecurID token but have forgotten your PIN
  • Your SecurID token has not been activated, has been lost, or is not functioning properly.

For details on how to use your SecurID token, see the Frequently Asked Questions. Or if you need help using your SecurID token, you may visit the User Resource Center (URC) in Room CX42 for assistance.
