Connecting to the HQ Private Wireless Network

Recently some Headquarters (HQ) users experienced a problem connecting to the HQ Private Wireless Network. The Information Technology and Communications Division has instituted a work-around that will allow users to connect as usual to the Private Wireless Network.

Users with Windows laptops must return to the HQ IT environment and log on to the Windows domain to receive this work-around.

HITTS and ODIN technical teams continue to investigate this problem and will work towards implementing updates to correct this anomaly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
