Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The User Resource Center is a walk-in technology lab configured with a variety of Macintosh and Windows XP workstation configurations. Available services include:
- Scanning workstation
- File conversions
- Above core applications such as Photoshop, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, etc.
- Compact disk library capabilities
- Archiving data to a CD Rom
- Limited color printing capabilities
Staff members are available to assist users as needed and provide real time proactive technical advice, end user support, troubleshooting/consultation services, and problem resolution. Use of specialized equipment may require scheduling based on demand.
