WrightSim Traveling Exhibit

Developed by Glenn Research Center, WrightSim is an interactive computer simulation that engages students in the excitement and challenge of flying the world's first powered and controlled aircraft. The simulator enables students to fly WrightSim in the same position and orientation as the Wright Brothers did when they flew their original 1903 Flyer. Students move their hips from side to side to initiate a left or right turn, and must push or pull a lever in front of them to initiate a climb or dive.
