FUNDAMENTAL AERONAUTICS - ANNUAL MEETING

Every year, the Fundamental Aeronautics Program convenes a national meeting to continue and deepen an ongoing dialogue about issues related to aeronautics research in the United States.

The 2008 Fundamental Aeronautics Program Annual Meeting will take place at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, from October 7 - 9, 2008. Please mark your calendars now for this important event that will strengthen partnerships and share research results as we work toward a common national goal: providing air vehicles capable of enabling the Next Generation Air Transportation System.

The 2007 Fundamental Aeronautics Annual Meeting, held from October 30 - November 1, 2007 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel, attracted more than 400 aeronautics professionals from industry, academia, NASA Headquarters, NASA Field Centers, and other federal agencies. Three full days of activities included plenary and breakout sessions for the program and its four projects through 118 A/V presentations..
