Technology Leadership Council

• Provide unified structure for advocacy, development and management of Agency-wide technology program
• Provide firework for identifying and focusing Agency strategy and direction in critical technology areas versus a fragmented investment approach
• Establish a technology strategy that emphasizes commercial partnerships to maximize and leverage both NASA and industry investments
• Implement Administrator’s guidance to transition program management responsibilities to Centers
• Fully implement paradigm shift from: “technology derived from missions to missions enabled by technology”
