Organization Development (OD) & Retreat Consultation Services
During these times of rapid change within the internal and external NASA
environment, a continuous focus on the effectiveness of the overall
organization is key to improving organizational or group performance. The Headquarters Training Office provides organization development
services to Offices and intact groups working toward improving their
performance and effectiveness. We also provide the funding to meet
such requirements.
Through experienced management consulting and preliminary diagnosis, we
will help you identify the right consultant to facilitate reaching the
goals and objectives identified by your organization or intact work
group. Depending on the specific needs or issues to be addressed, a
variety of techniques (interventions) are applied by external OD experts.
OD is especially beneficial to groups and organizations experiencing rapid
change or no change at all where needed.
