 HQ Executive Development

Welcome to the HQ Executive Development
Resource Page

Development should continue throughout all NASA employees’ careers. The Employee and Organizational Excellence Branch (EOEB) partners with executives to help them identify and obtain resources necessary for their professional development. In addition, OPM CFR 412.302 requires all executives to have Executive Development Plans (EDPs). This page serves as a reference for executives when planning their development and preparing EDPs.
