In July 2012, the current NASA HQ building lease with Piedmont is scheduled to end. The Facilities and Administrative Services Division (FASD) has been working with General Services Administration (GSA) to obtain a lease renewal agreement. During the summer of 2010, GSA competitively announced the NASA HQ lease renewal to the local Washington D.C. property management industry. As a result of that competition, our current property management company, Piedmont, was offered another 15 year renewal opportunity in our current building. However, there are certain renovations that must be accomplished, and negotiations on the logistics of those renovations are currently underway, before the final lease contract is signed.

Interior Window Washing Scheduled
Date: Monday, April 18 - Friday, May 27, 2011. Contact: Stacey Brock-Watkins 358-1291. This building-wide project begins on the 8th floor.  All work will be done during the evening janitorial shift. Before work begins on your floor, please remove personal items from window sills, radiators and furniture near the windows.
