Work From Anywhere (WFA) is a program that leverages existing workplace flexibilities and programs to maximize employee productivity, innovation, and ultimately, NASA mission success.

In support of this goal, the HQ Human Resources Management Division is partnering with the Office of Human Capital Management to launch new flexibilities that promote productivity, foster innovation, and acknowledge that work is what we do, not where we go. *Employees and Supervisors must complete training in SATERN before participating in the Work From Anywhere program.
