Program/Project Management Resource List #36
Revised Oct. 2006
Provided by the NASA Headquarters Library
One definition of change management is found in Root Cause Analysis by Paul
F. Wilson and others:
The Process of modifying/revising a particular design, operation, technique,
or system. Includes both hardware and software (such as procedures, organization,
document revision, etc.), as well as transition planning.
To others, change management can simply refer to the need to manage changes
that occur, instead of allowing change to become a tidal wave that knocks down
all who stand before it. Please see Organizational Change
for additional references.
All items are available at the Headquarters Library. NASA Headquarters employees
