Network Printers
ITCD will soon deploy replacements for 117 of HQ’s 169 shared network printers. The replacements are one-for-one based on feedback from IT POCs.
In preparation of the replacement of network printers at HQ, ACES Customer Service Managers (CSMs) are working with each organization’s IT POC to review the proposed printer replacement schedule:

Multifunction Devices (MFDs)
ITCD will soon order replacements for all Xerox Multifunction Devices (MFDs). The order is one-for-one based on feedback from IT POCs.

Computing Seat Orders
The Alpha and Beta testing for computer deployments has been completed, and the Early Deployment phase has begun. Approximately 150 users will receive new computers in December 2011 and January 2012. Following the Early Deployment phase, ACES will begin refreshing all computers at HQ.
