Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) combine the functionality of network printing, faxing, copying, and scanning capabilities with black-and-white and color output in desktop and floor models.
Deployment of New Devices
The Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD) has completed the deployment of new MFDs around the HQ building. All devices have been labeled with print queue and printer names. Instructions on how to connect to the MFD, how to get help, and for use of MFD functions are posted above each device.

New Feature
The local address book feature has been enabled to allow users to store frequently used fax numbers and e-mail addresses associated with the scan-to-mail function. Step-by-step instructions are posted above each device, and provided in the Local Address Book guide below: |
