The Account Administration team provides account services primarily to the NASA Headquarters community. The team provides support for the creation, troubleshooting, and deletion of the following types of accounts: Domain, E-mail, and Custom Applications.
Account requests for Entrust PKI, and SecurID Tokens are made through NAMS.
For new users, standard accounts are established by the responsible organization through the onboarding process using the NASA Access Management System (NAMS). Once standard accounts are established, users can login to NAMS themselves to request additional accounts and access.
