PHONE CUSTOMIZATION

Visit the Cisco Unified CallManager (CM) Web site to customize your phone, forward your calls to another location, or access your phone user guide.

Forgot Your Password
Contact the Enterprise Service Desk.  You can submit a ticket online or call (202) 358-HELP (4357) or 1-866-4NASAHQ (462-7247).

Forwarding Your Calls
Be sure to specify the destination number as if you were dialing from within HQ:

  • You must include "9" to get an outside line.
     Example: 95551234
  • You must also include "1" if the number is long distance.
     
    Example: 913015551234
  • Calls forwarded to locations within HQ require only the 4-digit extension
     
    Example: 1234

TRAINING

Classroom training in use of the desktop telephone and Cisco Unified Call Manager Web site is available by request.

SoftPhone training is currently offered for both Windows and Macintosh computers.

Individual deskside assistance is also available by appointment. Contact the Computer Training Center at ctc@hq.nasa.gov or 202-358-1111 to make arrangements
