COMPUTER REFRESH PROJECT

As part of the Agency Consolidated End-User Services (ACES) contract, ITCD is in the process of refreshing computers at NASA Headquarters.  Users who currently have a legacy (ODIN) computer will be refreshed to a new ACES computer.  In general, the oldest devices will be replaced first.  The Refresh Team is working closely with IT Points of Contact (POCs) from each organization to coordinate the deployment plans and schedule.  Computer refreshes will occur primarily during the evening hours to ensure minimul disruption.
