The Computer Training Center (CTC) provides comprehensive training solutions for NASA Headquarters users. The CTC offers training options in support of HQ core-load computer applications, new employee orientation, and special projects.
Register in SATERN for hands-on classroom workshops. Bring your own laptop to get the best training experience possible. If you don't have a laptop, contact the CTC for other options.
Virtual Classrooms (new service)
Have you ever wanted to attend a workshop but could not because it was scheduled when you were working remotely or at a location other than the NASA HQ building? The CTC now offers Virtual Classroom services. Contact the CTC at least 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop to request a virtual classroom be available for the training session you wish to attend. You will be provided with the telephone number and participant code and a Lync online meeting.
Online classes are also available using the System for Administration, Training, and Educational Resources for NASA (SATERN). SATERN is NASA's Learning Management System that offers Web-based access to training and career development resources.
Contact the CTC team at 358-1111 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
