            Level: Basic

Course Description:  In this workshop, you will learn the various elements of the Excel screen, navigation, the mouse appearances, the formula bar, and work with the basic tools like changing views, data entry, naming a worksheet, adding and moving worksheets, cell formatting, page setup, simple formulas and printing tips.

Level: Intermediate

Course Description:  In this workshop, you will learn the most-asked about advanced features of Microsoft Excel 2013. Learn how to make a visual impact with Quick Analysis tools, use sorting/filtering, advanced filter, and link spreadsheets with Word and PowerPoint. Plus we will cover formulas, concatenations, arrays, and techniques for collaboration. We will also cover new features to Excel 2013 like Recommended Charts, Timeline and comparing two workbooks. Finally, we will cover tips for printing large spreadsheets.

            Level: Advanced

Course Description:  In this workshop, you will learn how to create pivot tables in only 1 hour! This Microsoft Excel 2013 workshop will show you how to easily take raw data and turn it into drillable tables that make sense. You'll learn how to build a pivot table from a pivot table, troubleshoot tables, drill down for additional data, export, refresh and save tables.

Course Description:  Learn simple formulas, parts of a formula, Relative vs Absolute vs Mixed references, and create formulas using the Function Wizard. Understand the Order of Operations as it relates to formulas, practice numerous commonly used functions, create a Vlookup formula, and build Concatenations.

  2. Click the red Log Into SATERN icon.
  3. An “Attention” notice will appear | click Continue.
  4. Type the designated search term (shown above) in the Search Catalog box in the upper right corner and click Go.
  5. Locate the desired course in the results listing and click on a course title.
  6. Click Register Now and available offerings will appear. Click Register Now on the course you wish to register for.
  7. A confirmation screen will appear. Click Confirm to complete your registration.
