Course Description:  Uses for Excel; exploring the screen Ribbon, and Views; Excel Mouse Displays; Navigating In a Worksheet; Entering and Editing Data in a Worksheet; Formatting Data and Cells; Working with workbooks; Learning Simple Formulas; Order of Operations (or Precedence); and Creating Functions using the Formula Wizard.

Course Description:  Spend an hour with us and learn how to make a visual impact with conditional formatting, use sorting/filtering to aid in data analysis, and link your spreadsheets with Word and PowerPoint. Corral concatenations, formulas, arrays, and learn techniques for collaboration.

            Level: Advanced

Course Description:  Only 1 hour will give you great Pivot Tables! Take raw data and turn it into drillable tables that make sense, build a pivot chart from a pivot table, troubleshoot tables, drill down for more data, export, refresh, and save tables.

Need help locating and registering for classes or workshops in SATERN?  Follow these instructions:

1. Login to SATERN.
2. Search for the designated “key words” in the “Search Catalog” box in the upper right corner.
3. Locate your desired course offering in the list and click “Add to Learning Plan” at the far right.
4. Your Learning Plan will be displayed.  Again, locate your desired course offering, click on the blue “Offering Details” box to see available sessions.
5. After a moment, available sessions will appear.  Click the blue “Register” button to the right of a session you wish to attend. 
6. The Registration screen appears.  Click the gray “Confirm” button in the bottom right corner.
