COMPUTER TRAINING CENTER - OUTLOOK MAILBOX MANAGEMENT

Outlook 2007 Mailbox Management Training

Mailbox management means keeping your server based e-mail messages under your storage limits and keeping everything where you can find it.  Mailbox management may include:

  • deleting unneeded e-mail  messages
  • moving e-mail messages from the server to your local  workstation
  • saving attachments to your local workstation or to the network server
  • creating rules to automatically move or delete e-mail  messages

Outlook 2007 Mailbox Management training is available in 30-minute overview sessions or 90-minute hands-on workshops.

Visit the Mailbox Management Web page for more information.  Contact the Computer Training Center at 358-1111 with questions.
