The Computer Training Center (CTC) supports the Information Technology and Communications Division (ITCD) by providing comprehensive training solutions. The CTC offers training options in support of Headquarters core-load computer applications, new employee orientation, and special projects.

Online classes are also available using the System for Administration, Training, and Educational Resources for NASA (SATERN). SATERN is NASA's Learning Management System that offers Web-based access to training and career development resources.
