Our focus is to assist the Headquarters organizations in achieving their mission through the optimum application of Information Technology (IT).

Walk-In Tech Support Center @ HQ
Room CX61: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Lobby Location: Wednesday, 10 a.m. - Noon
The ACES Walk-In Tech Support Center provides assistance with non-complex hardware and software issues for ACES-provided computers, mobile devices, MFDs, and standard ACES software. Learn more about features and options of your computer or mobile device; preview current mobile devices when preparing for your mobile refresh; get help with DAR encryption, backing up your data, mobile device transition, mapping to a printer/MFD, or connecting your laptop to the HQ wireless network. This service is designed to provide another level of support at HQ and does not replace or eliminate the NASA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) service.
