LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) DROP REQUESTS
Submit a Request for a LAN Drop

To submit, contact the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) at 358-HELP (4357) or nasa-esd@mail.nasa.gov to open a ticket. You will be notified by the Telecom Team when your order is complete.

  • Your name and phone number
  • Room number where the drop is to be activated
  • The box number that holds the desired LAN drop
  • Which data line is to be activated (data 1 or data 2)
  • To which NASA organization LAN is this drop to be activated
  • Requested completion date
You will be notified by the Telecom Team when your order is complete.

To request a new LAN drop or have a drop moved, contact the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) at 358-HELP (4357) or nasa-esd@mail.nasa.gov to open a ticket. You will be notified by the Telecom Team when your order is complete.
