Submit a Request for a LAN Drop To submit, contact the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) at 358-HELP (4357) or nasa-esd@mail.nasa.gov to open a ticket. You will be notified by the Telecom Team when your order is complete.

- Room number where the drop is to be activated
- The box number that holds the desired LAN drop
- Which data line is to be activated (data 1 or data 2)
- To which NASA organization LAN is this drop to be activated
- Requested completion date
