Beginning August 30, 2010, all users in the Mission Support organizations (non-Mission Directorate staff) with a primary computer monitor less than 24 inches will receive an upgrade. Users will be upgraded to the Dell 24-inch UltraSharp Widescreen Flat Panel Display.

- Panel Size: 24-inch viewable area
- Aspect Ratio: Widescreen (16:10)
- Optimal Resolution: 1920 x 1200
Deployment Process:
- Monitors will be deployed by floor (with few exceptions)
- Primary monitors less than 24” will be replaced
- Separation of Government-furnished Equipment (GFE) and Lockheed-owned equipment
- All old monitors will be removed (ITCD must approve any old units remaining in place)
- Deployment will be conducted after hours
- ~1300 Mission Support customers will receive monitor upgrade
- Areas requiring special access will be completed during normal business hours by scheduled appointment
- Rooms CU17 and CU30 have been procured as storage and staging areas
- Old monitors will be repackaged and donated to local school system(s)
- Security will be onsite to assist with locked offices
- Custodial support will be onsite to assist with removal of debris
