On Friday, a copy of the HQ Quick Start Guide to NASA Smartcards will be delivered to you.  Please consult the guide for details about installing the software and using your smartcard. The software installation process takes only a few minutes on most computers. You have three options for receiving the software:

  • Download and install, at your convenience, from the Software Refresh Portal (SRP)

  • Leave your computer at NASA HQ overnight to receive an automated evening push

  • Receive an automated daytime push
Installation Method Availability
 Self-Install via SRP Monday, November 9 – Tuesday, November 10, until 6 p.m.
Automated Evening Push Tuesday, November 10 - Wednesday, November 11,  7 p.m. both nights
