Results of Xerox Multifunctional Device Survey

At the end of September 2008, many of you participated in a survey documenting your experiences with Xerox Multifunctional Devices. The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) thanks you for your participation and candid responses.

The table below shows the average response to all questions using a numerical scale.  In each case, on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 represents “completely agree.”
