PRINTER SERVICES

There are several types of printer services and providers at NASA Headquarters. This page outlines the various options, and provides instructions for obtaining products and/or services as well as who to contact for assistance.

ACES-PROVIDED PRINTERS

Image of an ACES asset tagNetwork and standalone printers provide basic black-and-white and/or color printing options at varying performance levels.  Printers provided under the Agency Consolidated End-user Services (ACES) contract are identified with an ACES asset tag.

Network printers are strategically positioned throughout the building. Standalone printers and desktop network printers are available for users with special requirements. Standalone printers not connected to the network require a waiver granted by the Information Technology and Communication Division (more information coming soon).
