ITCD has recently completed the implementation of the IBM Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool suite. The CLM tool suite provides a collaborative environment for requirements gathering, application development, quality assurance testing, and software configuration management for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. The tools will enhance the management of requirements, test cases, change management, and other artifacts while providing project teams, customers, stakeholders, and project sponsors with visibility and traceability throughout the SDLC process.
CLM is built on Jazz, an extensible technology platform that helps teams integrate tasks across the software life cycle. The CLM tools include Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, and Rational Quality Manager.
Rational Team Concert
Rational Team Concert (RTC) integrates work item tracking, source control management, continuous builds, iteration planning, and highly configurable process support to adapt to the way you want to work, enabling project managers, developers, architects, and project owners to work together effectively.
