Stephen P. (Pat) Condon is Vice President, Strategy and Executive Consulting Services for Shipley Associates, a Logistic Specialties, Inc., company of Layton, UT. In this capacity, he is responsible for providing executive level consulting services and support to Shipley customers and clients. These services also include technical assistance in organizational issues, marketing, program management, and logistics to Shipley clients.
Condon served on active duty in the United States Air Force for 33 years, retiring as a Major General, and is a former Commanderof the Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, UT. At Hill, he provided leadership for a 10,000 person workforce and management of a $5B budget in procurement, major modification, repair, and supply support for more than 3000 F-16 aircraft operated by the United States Air Force and 18 foreign countries worldwide, management and repair of 550 Minuteman and Peacekeeper ICBMs, and management and repair of over 44,000 types of aircraft, spacecraft, and missile parts.
Prior to his association with Logistic Specialties Inc. ( LSI), Condon was a consultant for Dayton Aerospace, Inc., Dayton, OH. He provided consultative services to government and industry in the areas of weapon system management and acquisition involving science and technology, research and development, procurement, test, and logistics support.
Condon holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science degree in Aerospace-Mechanical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He currently serves on a number of boards of foundations and business organizations, is a member of the United States Air Force Air University Board of Visitors, and is a former National President and Chairman of the Board of the Air Force Association.
