INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ROUNDTABLE

WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT -- June 27, 2003

The IT Roundtable will hold a workshop at NASA Headquarters on the following topic:

Incident Response and Digital Trace Evidence Collection

Members of the NASA OIG Computer Crimes Office will lead the workshop. A summary of the workshop topics as well as prerequisites for attendance is provided as a Word document. In addition, we hope to have a demonstration of the Automated Security Incident Measurement (ASIM) system, a sophistocated automated computer IDS intrusion detection system used by AFCERT. Because tools will be handed out at the workshop, participants will be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement. Details of the workshop are as follows:
