Eastern Field Office (EFO)
The Eastern Field
Office is responsible for conducting criminal investigations in which NASA
is a victim. The Administrative Investigative Unit (AIU) performs investigations
involving waste and mismanagement. The geographical
areas of investigative responsibility cover the following states of the United States:
CT, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WI,
and WV. There is a Resident Agent in Charge at the Glenn Research Center and a Post of Duty
Office located in NJ. The EFO also has investigative jurisdiction for crimes occurring at
Goddard Space Flight Center MD, Langley Research Center VA, the Goddard Institute for Space
Studies NY, and the Wallops Flight Facility VA.

following states in the United States: AL, AR, FL, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD,
TN, and TX. There is a post of duty office located at Michoud Assembly Facility, New Orleans
LA. The CFO has investigative jurisdiction for crimes occurring at the Johnson Space Center
TX, Kennedy Space Center FL, Marshall Space Flight Center AL, Stennis Space Center MS, and
White Sands Test Facility NM.

There are two Post of Duty offices located at the Dryden Flight
Research Center, Edwards CA, and Denver CO. The WFO has investigative jurisdiction for
crimes occurring at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena CA.
