APPLICATION PROCESS INSTRUCTIONS

NASA OIG vacancies are filled through NASA STARS, an automated Staffing and Recruitment System. NASA STARS, is now linked with the Office of Personnel Management’s USAJOBS system to provide you with a seamless application process.

Applicants must submit a resume and supplemental data to be considered for this position. If the position requires specific college coursework as identified in the "Qualifications" section of this announcement, in addition to providing your degree information on your resume, you must also list specific courses you have completed that meet the educational requirements of the position. NASA's Resume Builder and Resume Guide will assist you in preparing a complete resume containing all of the requirements for applying for a Federal position.

If you already have an active resume on file with NASA STARS, you may use NASA's Quick Apply form to apply for this announcement. At this time, you may only have ONE active resume on file in NASA STARS. If you submit another resume, it will replace the existing resume on file, and update any open announcement for which you have already applied.

If you are a first time applicant, we do recommend that you review NASA's Resume Guide to ensure that you are providing a complete resume. Failure to submit the supplemental data and a resume that contains all of the required information may result in loss of consideration for this vacancy.
