Electronic Library Index
The Electronic Library contains a list of categories of documents or information specifically identified for inclusion by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), (i.e. the Current Annual Report ) as well as documents or links to information for which we have received multiple FOIA requests. The number of items in the library undoubtedly will grow.

Submit a FOIA request
Before making your request under the FOIA, please make sure the information you seek is not already public (i.e. U.S. Superintendent of Documents, the National Technical Information Service (Department of Commerce), the Earth Resources Observation Systems [EROS] Data Center (Department of the Interior), and the NASA Library) or if the information relates to a procurement, that a solicitation library does not already exist. If submitting a FOIA, please be as specific as possible in identifying the records you want.
