STATUS OF PROCUREMENT NOTICES (PNs) AND
PROCUREMENT INFORMATION CIRCULARS (PICs)
PURPOSE: To provide a listing of PNs issued since May 10, 2007, and active and cancelled PICs.
BACKGROUND: PNs are regulatory documents and are automatically incorporated in the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS). PICs transmit nonregulatory, but frequently mandatory, procurement-related material (see NFS 1801.272). A consolidated listing of PNs and PICs is issued periodically to identify PNs incorporated in the NFS and PICs that have been cancelled.
