Usability Overview

Where are Usability Tests Conducted?

Typically, a one-on-one usability test only requires an informal set-up in a quiet office or conference room where distractions will be minimal. A desk, computer and internet access (if needed to access web site) will be needed for the test participant. The test facilitator needs pen and paper for noting observations.
