"Right on the Crater Rim"

This pair of photos shows Al climbing down the ladder for the first time.  He hopped down from one rung to the next between the blue frame and the red frame.

Pete landed on the northeast rim of Surveyor Crater.  In the distance, just to the right of the ladder and behind Al's heels in the red frame, we see a fresh crater and, upslope from the crater,  a  field of boulders that were ejected when the crater was dug by an impact.  These boulders are just inside the south rim of Suveyor Crater. The boulders are about 200 meters  from the LM.
