Purpose:

The purpose of NASA's Supply Management Program is to analyze, design, develop and implement NASA-wide policies and procedures that enable the management, acquisition, accountability, utilization and safeguard of NASA personal property throughout its life cycle in support of NASA's mission.

Objectives:

The Agency Supply Manager objectives are to establish program performance standards, revise policy and procedures, and recommend changes across the Agency supply chain to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, and enhance responsiveness to customer requirements for supply and materiel management operations performed by NASA Centers.
